We delivery our items worldwide (by registered mail: receiver needs to sign at the time of delivery) and our shipping rates (vary for each item) are same for any country. Even though our main office is in the USA, but our storage is located in Armenia. Since, most of our items are being shipped directly from Armenia, deliveries could take up to 2-4 weeks (from shipping date), depends on the destination country.
If you do not receive the item within promised period, please let us know and we will start an investigation with the shipping provider. Based on the results of the investigation, we will take necessary steps to solve the issue.

We offer 20% Discount on every Combined Shipping. Discount will be applied when you purchase more than 1 (one) book/item and checkout multiple items at the same time. In this case, during the checkout, Discount will be automatically applied on the total shipping fees.

Even though we carry a large collection of Armenian books and other products and we also do our best regularly to add in our listings as many books/items as possible, however, you may still not find some books/items in our site (we may not listed them yet). In the case when you could not find any specific book/item, which you are looking for, please fill out our "Suggest To List" form and we will do our best to find and list that item in the shortest time period.

Service Conditions:
From the moment the customer makes an order it is taken for granted that he/she agrees with the conditions specified by ArmenianBooksClub.com. We have a right to reject to serve any customer based on legitimate (by us) bases.
Item's Condition:
We sale our items/books (specially the used items) in AS-IS conditions. We do our best to describe the item’s condition, features, problems (if any) based on our best knowledge. In case if the buyer needs more information or more photos of the product, we will be more than happy to provide him/her with that information (if it is available). Return Policy
It the product you purchased from our site does not match with its description, you can return it (with your expense) within 7 days from receipt of the product. With the returning item please also enclose a copy of the original invoice (if any) with short explanation why you are returning the item. If you want to return an item, you need to notify us first (Click Here), then ship the item back to us. After receiving the returned item (in the exactly the same condition that you received it) we will review the customer’s notes and finding it reasonable, within 15 days we will provide you a refund, credit or replacement (depends on our mutual agreement) for the amount of the item (not including the shipping fees).
On the receipt of the order, the customer needs to check the product. In case of finding any problems with it the customer should notify us about the damage. In case of the damage of the package (caused by Shipping Company) ArmenianBooksClub.com will not take any responsibilities (you need to contact with shipping provider).
Lost Items:
The customer is responsible for the data given by him/her (address, name, phone number, email & etc.).
In the event of a lost package due to customer error in address, we do not take any responsibilities. If we get the lost item back to us (because of wrong address), we will contact with customer in order to re-send the item to client's correct address (we need to charge an extra shipping fee for re-sending the item).
If the customer has changed his/her address right after placing an order, he/she must to inform us about the change(s) If the customer does not follow this requirements, ArmenianBooksClub.com will not take any responsibilities for lost item.
Wrong Order: The procedure of product order is exceptionally consistent and is realized professionally. However, there is always possibility of incorrectness, so we ask for your understanding in such situations. We are ready to operatively iron out such situations.
